Follow the steps below to set up and use your DCS payroll portal.
You have been set up on the customer portal.
Once you have registered you will be able to access your payslips, P60s and other documentation.
Create your DCS Payroll Portal account
Visit the DCS Payroll Portal and click Register.
Check your inbox for a confirmation message from DCS Payroll.
Registration
From the confirmation email:
You will receive a notification confirming that your registration is complete.
OTP adds an extra layer of protection by sending a one-time code to your email every time you log in.
Sign in using your usual username and password.
Login
From your dashboard or menu, click:
This opens your account overview.
Inside My Details, scroll down to:
This is where your password and security settings live.
Important: The button says Update, not Submit.

Employers: We send these details when you first become a DCS client. Employees: the portal automatically sends you registration information when your first payslip is processed.
Use the login details you were provided. You can reset your password there if you need to.

This guide shows you how to open and share secure emails in the Egress web client.
You need to use Egress Web Software to view a secure message.
You read secure messages on a protected web page instead of your normal inbox.
Some organisations let you use Egress add-ins/plug-ins inside your email app.
If you still have issues, use the Egress Help Centre or contact your IT support.
Follow these steps to access your secure message
You'll get an email that looks like this:
Click the blue "Open Secure Email" button in the message.
⚠️ Do not forward or share the link with others — it's unique to you.
You'll be redirected to the Egress Reader site in your browser:
reader.egress.com ↗Create a free account or sign in to access your secure email
Click Register and follow the setup steps:
Just sign in with your existing credentials.
Once logged in, you'll see the full email message, including any attachments.
Important instructions for sharing secure communications
Use one of these methods. Do not forward the original "Open secure email" link.
Recipients will need (or can create) an Egress account (Free).
Use this when a colleague needs to view the same secure message you received. First grant their email access in Egress, then forward the original secure-email notification.
Go to switch.egress.com and sign in.
They must sign in or create a Free Egress account to view the message.
Return to your inbox and open the original "You've received a secure email" message.
Use this only when you cannot use Method A. This sends a normal email and is not protected by Egress.
