DCS is an approved BACS bureau. We offer both the standard 3-day payment system and our next-day or same-day service. You approve the payroll, and DCS takes care of the payment.

A BACS bureau is an organisation approved to carry out BACS and Faster Payment transactions on behalf of clients. It means that we have been assessed by pay.uk as suitable to take on such responsibilities and meet the high standards of security required.
With our BACS registration, you can be sure we treat your data and the cybersecurity of the process very seriously.
How we manage BACS payments
Standard BACS Bureau payments are submitted 3 working days before pay day. For example, if pay day is Friday the file must be uploaded on Wednesday. The money leaves the employer's account on Friday pay day and into the employee's account on Friday pay day, typically around 2am.
DCS also offer a fast pay service, a secure same-day or next-day alternative to BACS that ensures payments reach recipients without delay.
